This site was developed by Dennis V. Damp, founder of
Bookhaven Press LLC, who has an
extensive background in career development and training. Dennis worked 35
years and 7 months in government, including active military service in the
U.S. Air Force, and in the civil service with the Federal Aviation
Administration. Earlier in his career he was a training specialist who
taught technical and career development courses throughout the country
including directing and producing training videos and conducting onsite
seminars. He was involved with federal recruiting, hiring, establishing
interview panels, and was a rating official for selected positions in his
organizations. He is the author of 25 books and has been a guest on CNN's
Your Money shows, and hundreds of radio talk shows nationwide. This
